Sinning off the Equipment (Hardware) business won' t benefit we shareholders, as it is just another investment by the company that they don' t want to handle on their own anymore.
It will seek a listing for this hardware business, probablyapproved already, but there is no smile from us, lol.
It is not going to be listed in HK. Just spin off the hardware business, thats all. But at the same time it is consolidation from 10 shares to 1 share.

Actually I shouldn' t be worried about consolidation if I am prepared to wait even if it fell after consolidation like Mirach Energy which was 6 cents before the 10 to ! consolidation. After consolidation, it continued to fall from 60 cents to the present around 30 cents, which is more than half price.
Hope Weiye won' t follow same way to half price, as maybe it is different.

Now after receiving news that Weiye is going for consolidation, I now want to sell off what I am holding, and wait for next year which time might be their completion for the consolidation of 10 to 1.
